To be seen, we require a referral from a primary care practitioner (GP or NP) or another doctor.

Once your referral is received, it will be triaged by the relevant specialist into one of four categories:
Urgent (aiming within 6 weeks)
Semi-urgent (aiming within 3 months)
Routine (aiming within 6 months)
Decline (your referral may be declined for a variety of reasons, including: the condition is not within the specialist’s scope, capacity reasons, lack of information, or geographical restriction.)
Following triage, the referrer will be notified of the outcome.
Patients who have their referral accepted will be contacted by our administration team for onboarding.
