We are an Affiliated Provider (we will arrange approval and submit the claim on your behalf) and the information that we collect from you will be disclosed to Southern Cross to enable them to:
– consider whether the Service is eligible for cover under your policy
– authorise, process, and settle claims
– evaluate the provision of the Services we provide
